Description

Technology and modern day life have evolved so quickly that our children are trapped in a world of video games and internet . They now communicate with others via social media and are losing their contact with the natural world and their environment. We believe that education comes in many forms, from formal training in the classroom to the lessons learned from life and experience. Wilderness is our classroom because nature has an impact on us that is hard to put into words. There is simplicity in living outside that helps us live simpler lives at home, a timelessness that makes us put our smartphones away, and a grandeur that opens our eyes.
Our participants return home with a different outlook on the world and with better understanding of themselves and their surroundings
On this journey participants will learn about Ecology, Colombian and African cultures , teamwork, leadership and most important , about themselves.
