Travel through the Venezuelan Andes, a favorite for Venezuelan sportspeople- where you will make some mountain biking, Paragliding, Canyoning and hiking, with the views of the wonderful mountains of the Andean Cordillera, highlands and local towns. Afterwards, you will have a rafting adventure in the world class Acequia and Siniguis Rivers (levels up to 5). And your closing will be hiking in the world nature wonder of Angel Falls and its surroundings at the Canaima National Park, one of the oldest regions in the planet! This circuit is specially designed for outdoor sports and adventure lovers.

4×4 transfer to the start point of our bike trip. Transport will follow bikers all day long with drinks, equipment and fruits. Off road trail will be over 3000m with beautiful views of the most pristine of the wild Andes Mountains. Mountain bike and helmet are included. (B,L,D)

Merida’s Tierra Negra site is one of the 10 best places in the world for paragliding!
Early transfer to Tierra Negra, where you will have the opportunity to make tandem flights with professional instructors twice a day (around 30 to 40 minutes each!). You don’t need experience or a good physical condition to do it! Basic guidance and helmet are included. (B,L,D)

Our canyoning excursion starts with a 20 minute trek in the cloud forest and nice views of Merida city and landscape. You will be rappelling down waterfalls up to 35m high, walk, jump and slide toboggans! Our professional guides will always be checking your equipment for your safety. Canyoning equipment included. Only professional equipment is used -Petzl harnesses carabiners and descenders, Boral static ropes, Pro-Tec Helmet and NRS long wetsuits-. Afternoon free to relax. (B,L,D)
Transfer to Barinas through the Andean Cordillera. This spectacular tour takes place from 1,630m high of Merida City, up to 4,118m at the Aguila Peak, and down to our camp in Barinas at 500m high. Stop at Apartaderos, a beautiful typical Andean town, and later walk to Mucubají Lagoon in the Sierra Nevada Park at 3,625 m high. We will continue down to the base of the Cordillera to our camp in the Siniguis River a class IV River “Aguas Bravas”. (The river class for rafting is between 1 and 5 (being 5 the highest). (B,L,D)
The Acequia and Sanguis are the best whitewater rivers in Venezuela; you will have a lot of adrenaline and fun! The water is crystal clear and comes from Humboldt and Bolivar peaks. (Venezuela’s highest peaks).
After breakfast, we will have our first rafting training in the Acequia River. Afternoon we will have our second rafting in the Siniguis River. First class gear is provided. (B,L,D)
Second rafting day, and then return to lunch. Free afternoon to enjoy the camp adventure options: canoeing, climbing wall, walking, swimming in the river with white sand, or if you prefer, simply relax in a hammock. We use only professional gear for your safety. Rafting is available during the wet season (normally May to November). While the river is low, kayaking trips are available. Overnight at our camp. Transfer to airport for flight to Caracas and direct connection to Puerto Ordaz. Afternoon sigthseeing tour.
Flight to Canaima with over flight of Angel Falls. Canaima town, established in 1950s with its wonderful lagoon, lovely pink tinged beach, exotic tropical setting and comfortable cabins, make it an ideal jungle spot to relax and enjoy nature. Boat trip across the lagoon and hike to El Sapo Falls, where we can enjoy the refreshing spray of the cascades as we walk behind the waterfall! Return to lodge. Sleep in Canaima lodge. (B,L,D)
Navigate in Indian canoes through the Carrao River and walk in the savannah. Next we head up to the Devil s Canyon – a spectacular gorge with soaring vertical walls and numerous small cascades flowing down its faces. Our route follows the river that receives the waters of Angel Falls. This is a place of incredible energy and beauty. Arrival at our jungle camp in front of the waterfall, and free time to explore the island. (B,L,D)
1 Hour hike through the wonderful tropical vegetation filled with small orange and red rivers, huge trees and rocks painted in green moss, until we get to the Laime lookout point, where we are rewarded with a close-up view of Angel Falls, whose waters free-fall 2,650 through the air before crashing into the rocks below! Optional 30 minute hiking 30 to a hidden pool and take a dip at the base of the falls. Lunch and boat back to Canaima Lodge. (B,L,D)
Early return to Canaima and flight to Caracas. Accommodation in hotel near airport. (B,L,D)
