Prior to guiding guests through wilderness, Juan Carlos dedicated seven years to assisting the famed pioneer Charles Brewer-Carías in charting hidden zones near the Brazilian frontier. By inhabiting tribal lands, he gained a profound appreciation for both the environment and ancient lifestyles

In 1991, he channeled that experience into founding his own eco-adventure company, honoring early pioneers & carving out entirely new trails while empowering every traveler to make their own unforgettable discoveries along the way.

We believe exploration and preservation are inseparable. Our multi-day trips follow a carbon-neutral mandate, ensuring the fragile ecosystems of South America remain protected.
